helo i dont no where to start but ive had prolems with depression and when i gettin my self sorted out i seen to get knocked back by someone saying im fat and because i see my self as fat im unhappy with my self and want to lose weigh fast i dont eat healthy food i cant just ive tryed is there anything i can do plz help as its really gettin me down
