Relationship problem

Almost every week I have arguments with my girlfriend over small issues. I start blaming her for something she had not done or something I misunderstood or for her small mistakes. She ends up crying and feeling miserable. After that I realize I shouldn’t have behaved that way. I make up with her and commit myself not to repeat it anymore. She endures everything I say and does not complain afterwards. But after a week the same thing happens again over some other small issue. I promised her to correct myself several times but no use. It's like I go blind and cannot think properly. We both are happy with each other but these times come as a curse ruining her life and leaving me with grief and regret.
Please I want a permanent solution for this.

Instead of complaining and blaming, you can ask your girlfriend in a friendly way to give you what you want from her. Instead of "why have you not done this", you can ask: "would you like to do this".
