My baby away from me

I am a PhD student and I have been under such circumstances that I had to leave my baby with my mum in a different country 3 months ago. She is 9 months now and she is so happy there. I am visiting her this Easter and I am so hesitated whether to bring her back by then or leave her until summer. It is so hard for me to cope without her but I prefer to leave her until summer because I am going to be buisy and she is getting much better care with my mum than in the nursery. My question is how will this affect her psychologicly and would she have problems attaching to me again if she is one year and 3 months old. At this age will she always remember that she was with her grand mother later in her life? I am very anxious about this and I really appreciate it if my questions are answered as soon as possible so I can plan for this Easter.

My mother helped me a lot with my child when he was small as I was a psychology student and very busy. Our son always loved me more than he loved his grandmother, although she did very much for him.
