question
I work in IT field and find difficult to socialize with people. I feel that i don't belong to the social groups in my community due to the digital divide and difference in thinking. So i get attracted to find a place on internet where i feel i belong, like Online Forums on technology, etc. Just want to know if this can damage my mental and social well being in long run? I rarely interact with people.

I have met many intelligent and interesting men in the IT world. For some reason some of them do not succeed to communicate well on parties and in the coffee room. If you talk to them on line they really have something to say. Find places on the internet where you feel you belong, but also try to communicate in other ways sometimes to develop your skill to communicate face to face. Group therapy is a good way to learn communicating.
