question
I have had many mistakes in my past haunt me lately making it very hard to spark a positive attitude early in the morning. This negative attitude influences my motivation to do the simplest routines such as going to work and even enjoying the weekend. What are some examples of common mitivators for peaple to make it easier to land my feet on the ground first thing in the morning without hesitation. If I can get this early rush of positivity I think it will be easier to get the ball rolling for the rest of the day. Thank you.

Make a habit of always performing certain things every morning. Do not expect it to be nice. Force yourself to do what needs to be done. Afterwards you will feel better and be happy that you did it.
