Is It A Personality Disorder?

I am extremely moody and lash out at people in this one specific enviroment. Afterward, I feel terrible but I don't know why I did it. It occurs anywhere from once to several times a month. Also, I go through depressed periods but sometimes I feel normal. I experience constant stress and obsess over little things. I am also hallucinating during hypogogia. I have difficulty explaining things to people.

This doesn't seem to fit criteria for a specific personality disorder. What is it?
