I'm leaving for rehab for alcohol and I have 2 children one is 11 and the other is 17 both boys. The little one is like me (very sensitive and worrier
and wants everyone to be happy) What can I say to them that want mess with thier heads.

Tell them the truth. They will probably understand anyway. Also tell them that you will be sober when you come home and a hopefully a much better parent.
