My son is 35 months old, almost 3 years old, is it to early to diagnose him? and Do I ask my pediatrician to test my son for ADHD or do I need to see a specialist? He has many of the symptoms listed on the web4health page.

Most adhd experts think this is too early to make a proper adhd diagnosis. Symptoms of hyperactivity are common among toddlers or young children, so the symptoms are not specific for children of this age. If no other family members have a diagnosis of adhd you should wait and ask for advice how to handle the actual problems with your kid.
