If my daughter has been sexually abused at a younger age (now she is 14), can a physical exam show definitely if there was any previous abuse?

A gynaecologist can find out if the hymen is still there, but he will not know whether she has been abused or not. Never do an examination against your daughters will. A psychological examination by an experienced psychotherapist can help her find the answer.
