For about the last two months I've had pain/swelling/warmth in my calf muscle, I've been for an ultra-sound, x-ray & two out of two doctors say nothing is wrong. I have a pretty stressful job and my leg is normally swollen all day at work and goes down at home, unless something is stressful there. I wondered if at all possible stress could be the cause of this painful swelling? If so, would it be best just to take an anti-inflammatory? It feels like I'm dragging around an extra 5Ibs all the time.
Your legs are telling you that there is something wrong with your way of living. If you take medicine, it will suppress your body's cry for help. Try to find out how you need to change your life to make your legs healthy again.
