i am very ill

I am 31 with no real job or girl and i am not taking any drugs or medicines. i am hearing voices telling me that iam a loser, i have also a essential tremor, spasms and ticks in all of my body and face, i am hypohondriac, agoraphobic, a bit catathliptic but i hope that one day stem cell research will solve some of my problems. The question is: can i have normal life, a family (with sperm screening of course). There are some medicines that have side effects spasms etc and so i am affraid to get them because will make my life helliest (exept my sxhizo and parkison stuff, life is pretty cool with all of the nature and people)if i had money to travel it would be ideal. Can you help, just give me any imput

Television is one way to see other places, if you do not have the money to travel. It is great that you have the ability to enjoy nature and people around you.
