Hello,my name is mariana and i am 21 yers old.i have an anxyety 5 years.i spoke with my famyly abou but they think i am ok.i work at the momentnm in greece.
my symptoms are:
PAIN IN MUSSELS
PANICK
SHORT OF BREATH
HEADACHE
SCARED
CRY FOR NO REASONS
SAD
I WANT TO BE QUIETE TO MUCH NOICE BOTHERS ME
BAD THOUGTS
NOT COMFORTABLE TO SIT
UNHAPPY
BORED OF EVERYTHING
TIRED
DIFFICULT IN MUVING
IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME WHEN I HAVE THIS SYMPTOMS AND HAPPENS EVERY DAY I DONT FEEL NICE IN MY SKIN I DONT LIKE MYSELF,I HATE MYSELF.I FEEL DIRTY ON MY SKIN AND INSIDE.I WANT TO HAVE AN NORMAL LIFE LIKE BEFORE.I WAS NOT SCARED OF ANYTHING I WAS SMYLING IWAS JUST HAPPY.IT AFFECTS MY FUTERE.PLEASE,PLEASE HELP ME.I FEEL INSICURE ALSOW. PLEASE WRITE ME.

Would it be possible for you to see a psychotherapist? You can also see a psychiatrist and see if antidepressive medicine can be a help. Eat healthily and well. Do not eat junk food. Go for a walk every day or do some other excercise. Replace your negative thoughts with thinking of your goals in life. Lie down on your bed. Cry and feel your emotions however scaring they are. Stay there for at least ten minutes and feel as much as possible. Ask a medical doctor examine you to see if you have iron deficits or other medical problems that could be cured. Do not use cigarettes or alcohol.
