I'm not sure what's wrong with my friend

i have this friend that eats but i dont think she eats regular sometimes...like sometimes she says she forgets to eat and sometimes she eats ok. its like she's used to the feeling of hunger. i think that sometimes she eats and then throws it back up. she thinks she's fat....which she is a little but she seems to think she's huge. she has like a mixture of bulimia/starvation. what exactly is wrong with her and what should i do about it and how should i confront her?
