I am 36 and expecting my 3rd child, my husband and I have been having declining sexual relations since our 1st child was born 7 years ago. I can masturbate to orgasm but don't have one with him. After both the 1st and 2nd child sex was very painful for several months, could this have led to my lack of sexual desire since?

Yes, your pain acted as an "aversion therapy". It is also very common that sex declines when you get children. You get too occupied to concentrate on you own pleasure.

I once had a patient who did not get an orgasm with her husband. She masturbated during or after the intercourse and was quite happy with that solution.
