I can't be happy, nor unhappy.I have no emotions.I can't love my family as I did before because I don't feel that. I don't like things I 've used to.I can't also get stressed or worried.It's been lasting since April.What should I do?
If one has experienced something emotionally traumatic one can repress it in order not to feel bad. But by doing so one closes the door to ones entire emotional life. Psychotherapy, preferrably gestalt therapy, might help in order to get ones feelings back again.
