You have an eating disorder. One can get high out of starving oneself just as if one was taking amphetamine. It is therefore difficult to free oneself from the starvation as in the case of any addiction. By starving yourself you feel like you are in control of your feelings. You feel good in the same way a drug addict does from narcotics.
The problems with your menstruation is probably due to this as well. 22% of you body needs to consist of fat in order for your menstruation to function as is intended. You eat far too little. In the long run the body will not be able to handle the starvation. 50% of all anorectics develop bulimia nervosa.
To get get rid of eating disorders one needs to eat oneself satisfied on proper food. The weight that one then gets as a result of this is something that one must learn to accept. If one does not want to be fat one can exercise an hour a day as well as stay away from junk food.
