My boyfriend of six months will not speak to me. He forgot to call me back when he said he would one evening and I was upset and asked him to be more thoughtful of my feelings. He says now that he needs space. Before this happened, he acted as if he wanted to spend time with me often. Now he wants space and wont speak to me at all. I asked him if he was breaking up with me, but he didn't, but he needs time away from me. I don't understand what is going on. Each day that goes by I can't help but feel hurt and can't help but wonder if he is completely disregarding me and just not telling me. I don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated...

By giving your boyfriend space once in a while you will get a more loving man. Give him the space that he needs and enjoy yourself when he is gone. Look at it from a positive angle. You can see your friends and enduldge in interests that you do not share with your boyfriend. If you pressure and criticise him, your relationship will quite unnecessarily end. Be loving and welcoming towards him and he will appear again. You need to accept that he, like most men, have periods in his life when he needs to be absent.
