How Can i forget my girlfriend...?

Dear docter,
after falling in love my life is completely changed,shes nice but the thing is that we both are very serious and cant live without each other.There is no future of her with me because for getting her i have to work really hard . i mean more than hard. for instance after working hard if i couldnt get her in future so ll be mad ... so i want a perfect advice for forgetting her please please please do reply me.every second i sink deeper i her thought i cant do anything i cant study i can go anywhere because i think that i Cant live without her but i know this is only a sentense in a real world pls tell me some advice for this . i really want to forget her . real love is nothing when there is no future ...
