When drug testing for Benzodiazepines, can a drug testing facility differentiate between Alprazolam (Xanax) and Clonazepam (Klonopin) in the system. I know they are both benzos, but would a lab be able to tell the difference of the two.

Yes. But this is not done on a regular test. It would require some special test which is not done in every testing facility.
