My boyfriend of 1 year has only reached orgasm 3 times during intercourse, not an issue with oral sex. I used to feel hurt and unattractive and we have had a few conversations about the issue. He assures me this was an issue with all of his previous sexual experiences. I have offered trying new things, he says that we don't need to because I am doing everything that he likes. I don't want to bring it up again because I know when I do it adds to his anxiety. I do need help with what I can do to help him get past this. We are serious about our relationship. We want to get married in the future and have children but I know having children will be difficult unless he can orgasm without oral sex. Also, I need to understand more about this issue. People are different. It seems like your boyfriend is satisfied with you but reacts in a special way. It is not certain that there is any special treatment which would help him react differently. If he can’t change, you need to accept him as he is or find another boyfriend.

The day you both decide to have children, you can put your boyfriends sperm in a diaphragm and insert it in place. Your boyfriend would not need to ejaculate inside of you and you can get pregnant in this way.
