I have been in two relationships.... one was more a fling, but i fell in love, and when she didnt return it i couldnt cope. I have developed a friendship with this person but I have extreme anger/hate for them at the same time. The person now dates my best friend and it hurts. I turned to her best friend cause she was the next girl to give me the time of day and be nice to me, I fell in love with her also, she also does not return the favor... I feel rejected and do not know how to cope with this... i dont understand why someone cannot love me back and let me love them. I feel like something is wrong with me and I want a relationship so bad i would almost do anything. The one problem is i dont know how, or maybe not even have the ambition to go out and seek a relationship.. How can i deal with these emotions, the sadness, anger, and feeling of rejection?

There is a risk that your difficult feelings will push women away. A woman loves a man because he can give her what she needs, not because he needs to be loved.

Two women have rejected you. This is not proof that you can’t be loved. You need to get out and meet other women or start up a chat on the internet and form contacts there.

Would you consider starting in group psychotherapy? In group therapy you would be able to devote time to reflection and self evaluation regarding your part in what happens to you. You can even learn a lot about relationships from the other participants.
