Heeelp! am i being reasonable??

My bf of over 3 years is finally getting his own apt.
his lazy father has not wrked in over a year bc he's
An alcoholic w a not so good background therefore
he says no one will hire him. My bf has been
Wrking his butt off to pay the bills while his dad lays
Around drinking or sleeping. My bf says his dad has nowhere
to go once he loses the house. I told my bf he CANNOT
LET his dad live w him or hell continue bumming
Off his son. My bf says hes not gonna be cold hearted
and leave him homeless. His dad has had almost 2 yrs
to turn his life around but hasnt. Im sick of him using
my bf but am i being cold hearted??? I need the truth. What shld
my man do??? I believe this is hurting our relationship :-(
