hello

i need ur support to support my mom mentally

my dad use to have an extra martial relationship long back and my mom knows about that and my still suspects my dad and she use to torture him with her enquiry
she will be always thinking on the negative side . she doesnt want to get divorce from him . is there anything that i can do from my side to keep her cool and think positively. because i cant expect any cooperation from my dad or mom.

the sad thing is that you're in the middle of it all. no child (any age) should have to deal with the verbal lashings parents give to one another.

i dealt with a very similar situation which ended in a divorce. don't take sides, talk with each of them. I'm not sure how old you are, but despite the age, you should talk to them about what it has done to you and is doing to you.

it will be hard to get the words out, but maybe your parents will open their eyes.

the downside, it's very hard to earn trust back from someone who has cheated on you.

well iam not bothered about how iam affected and secondly we live in a society where divorces will happen very rarely . the only thing i need from u is like is there any thing that can be done from my side to change my moms mentality towards positive thinking (an idea or a kind of practice that could keep away thinking negatively)which gives some peace of mind
