l am very unfriendly due to how hostile my relatives treated me when l was young. l see people as enemies and finds it difficult to be nice to people . l do not forgive people easily when they offend me. and l see negative things in what ever people do. please help me. l want to be a friendly and lovely person. thank you. l am mustily quite because l fear people will take advantage of me. and treat me badly.
