dear friend, my sister has been mentaly unwell for many years (undiagnosed) she refuses to admit any problem and denies any suggestion that she may be unwell when talking to family, doctors etc.
My brother in law is to afraid of her and what she might do to herself.

I feel there is a risk of self harm and or suicide in the future..... my family are being destroyed by this and we are sure that my sister is too.
please help

If the patient does not want to see me, I can work through the relatives. Contact a psychotherapist to get advice on how to handle your sister.
