Borderline Personality Disorder

I am certain my wife has borderline personality disorder. She has not been formaly diagnosed. She has 9 0f 9 symptoms. She has a serious "sex addiction" or relationship addiction and has had at least 8 or 9 affairs in our 5 1/2 years of marriage and I have learned that this pattern existed before we were married. Brief, intense, sex=love relationships in which she quickly got bored with or hated the other party. Her psyciatrist knows none of this and can't talk to me and her therapist wont. She was diagnosed bipolar only I insisted on talking to her therapist after 5 months of evaluation and no diagnosis. How can I get this information to her psychiatrist? Our children (4 and 6)are a wreck because of this illness and I am on the verge of separating and seeking custody as a last resort to save them but I want her to get help. She accepts that she has the disorder but is already backpeddling on getting help.
