question
Can the over the counter medicine no-doze make a drug test come out positive for bezodiazepines?

I was consuming a numerous amount of no-doze while working the grave yard shift. Unfortunately I had to report to court right after getting off of work so I popped another no-doze prior to going to court because I had been up almost 24 hours. I read the ingredients on the package and it said that benzo acid is an inactive ingredient inside of the pills. But I had a positive drug test for benzodiazepines and dont understand why. My drug of choice back then was soley cannibus and nothing else, I am very healthy and never been prescribed medication besides prenatals. Please help me in clarifying what I consumed that caused the positive drug test for bezodiazepines.

Thank you for your time in this matter,

LatoiShanai J.

It probably contains caffeine, the same substance as in coffee and tea. It will not test positive for benzodiazepines.
