question
I become very anxious and tearful when separated from my toddler for more than 2 hours. I worry that I may never see him again or something bad will happen even though I only ever leave him with his grandparents and know he is safe. I also can't sleep unless he is in bed with me.

He was concieved through ivf, first time and even though he is now 16 months old I am still breastfeeding him 1st thing in the morning and at night.

I am now 6 months pregnant (naturally) and I can't bear the thought of having to leave my son to give birth.

Please can you give me any help or advice?

One possibility is to ask a midwife to help you with the birth in your home. But gradually you and son need to accept and get used to being away from each other during a few hours a day.
