Up to puberty if both children are comfortable with this.

Question:

How old should a brother and sister be to sleep in separate rooms?

Answer:

If they are comfortable sharing a nursery when they are young, they can continue sharing a bedroom until puberty. After that, it is better to have separate bedrooms if the family can afford it. It is important to be aware of and notice the needs of the children. If one child is troubled by sharing room, it is better to give them separate rooms.
