How can you provide Web4Health in multiple languages? Are you using a multi-lingual web site content management system?
Answer:
Some web sites provide their information in multiple languages. This paper discusses experiences from developing such a web site (http://web4health.info/). The development is greatly simplified if the software clearly separates between language-independent structure and language-dependent information, so that changes in the language-independent structure can be made in one operation for all languages. Important is also work flow support, since different people do different tasks in the production, such as writing a text, its translation to English and its translation to other languages.
