Increase time during sex

I wanted to know the solution to increase my time before releasing sperms. I get aroused quikly and the immediately after intercours or even on touch of my partner's body ejavulate. Can you provide me some help/ideas on how shall I increase the time so that I can satisfy my partner also. Also, I would want to know tips/tricks of using condoms. I tried once, but by the time I put it, the penis becomes very loose. Thanks for your time & support.
