My 5 yaer old daughter keeps asking me if she is fat(which she definately isnt) I tell her no & she says, please tell me the truth. This has been going on for a few weeks now. recently she has been doing excercises at home off her own back she says she has to or she will get fat. Should I be concerned or will it pass. no one in the family is overweight nor worried about their weight.
