For the last 6 months i have been having a really strange experience with remembering things. There are certain situations that i can be in which trigger memories that make me feel really faint and sick, i have actually thrown up on four occasions. I don't think the memories are real though, they seem more like dreams i may have had and it's only sometimes that i know what they are, for instance i couldn't for the life of me tell you what they are now as i don't remember. This happened to me about 5 years ago but that time it was the same memory all the time, it was that i was being chased through a forest by a man. This time however it's about 5 different memories doing it to me and it's driving me crazy. I've told my parents and a friend and they don't know what to make of it. Please help me.
