I am a 19 year old residing in india .my problem is that in the year 2005 due to varios reasons ie,break up with best friend ,death of my brother,and my family (constant fighting among my parents), i slipped in a depression ,i could not think of many other things except that I had lived a bad life all these years and a boring life and also about a girl whom I became friends with in the same year ,she influened my life a lot...that was the year of my class 12 examinations and entrance exams to universties and colleges and I completely ruined them..But i made it to a decent college and this new friend of mine also got in the same college .
I feel all these years 2005(may) to till this date i feel I am under constant tension due to some reason or the other,can think of only limited things at a time and cannot study very well though I am a good student and I FEEL MY BRAINS NOT RUNNING TO COMPLETE CAPACITY ..
plz tell me what do i do ?
