Anxiety/depression

can anxiety and depression cause my daughter's legs to become partially imobile ie.walking on the balls of her feet and tilting forward. she also has very shaky hands especially when nervous.when she panicks outside she tends to run to try to get home faster and fell once

Anxiety can cause those symptoms, but she needs to talk to a medical doctor to exclude somatic illness.
