question
I find that intellectual people have difficulty having and sustaining relationship for a long time as compared to the lesser ones in that context. I personally find it hard and generally enter in to a game of outsmarting the fellow with whom i am trying to relate. What could i do in such case?

Problems to relate can occur in people with various intelligence. If you are wise, you do not try to outsmart the fellow with whom you are trying to relate. You listen to that person and are sensitive to their wishes and needs.

Learning to listen to people.
