question
Hello,
My daugher is 8 years old. She is very active and in calasthenics. The problem is my husband, I can not get through to him about the comments he is making to her how they are damaging. He has said things to her like "you need to do some sit ups", "you need to do some running or more exorcise", then in one instant said to her as they were going to calastenics, "you need to get into athletics, you dont want to end up like that do you (talking about a little 10 Year old overweight girl in the class).
Now my daughter, who is not fat at all, is making comments to other people, that she is fat. How can I make my husband understand the damage that he is causing even though he says "I have told her she's fat", how can I get through to him?

Your husband's comments can be very dangerous to your daughter. Do not give him what he needs from you, unless he listens to you.
