schizophrenia type?

hi my name is Karl i was previously diagnosed with disorganised schizophrenia, this is being reviewed via my psychiatrist. We both agree i don't have this type of schizophrenia, so i hoping for your suggestion on what type of schizophrenia do i have?

My symptoms included:
1. Hallucinations audio/visual/touch.
2. Emotional up’s and down
3. Non suicidal thoughts
4. Inability to focus on a set task Without being distracted
5. Forgetting were I place my belonging
6. Excessive talking inappropietly to one self and others
7. Excessive and inappropiet gesters
8. Massive sleep debt
9. Some sort of vision impairment
10. Social withdrawal
