Hello, I have anxiety,pms,premenapause and hormones going up and down. The gyno. wants me to take sarafim for the pms symptoms but I am reading that they are for depression. I am not depressed just very anxious and mood swings certain times of the month. Told me to take pills 2 weeks before period and then stop when I get it. Is this good? His nurse told me to take the med all the time would this be good?

Try your gynaecologist's suggestions for a while. Talk to him again if you are not satisfied with the result, or talk to a psychiatrist.
