Self-pleasing

I think there is some issue with me. I am indulged in too much of self-pleasing activities and though i am having problems with career and life in general right now, i feel quite self-satisfied and pleased with myself as if it doesn't matter. That's the sad part of the story for me. These days nothing much matters for me in life. Girls show interest in me, i feel a bit interested in them and then after a while i feel it doesn't matter and i don't want to go ahead. I am now thinking of finding a girl for me as i am 25 but this attitude makes it difficult for me. How do i get over it?

Why should you get over it, if you are pleased with yourself and it doesn't matter? You do not have to marry and have a career, if you do not want to.
