I have a wedding to go to and have lost 5 pounds in the last 7 days, but I have to lose 5-7 more pounds by New Years Eve. Which diuretics would you suggest? I'm taking trim-spa, which is curving my cravings and I am eating healthier but what are the best foods to eat when you're trying to lose this weight? I weigh 151 and would love to be at 125 again (I'm 5'5"). But I would settle for 135-140 (I'm almost 28 years old). Thank you!
