Shortness of breath

i just want to tel u that while i trave through metro i feel shortness of breath. when i see tht the doors of metro closed i feel shortness of breath or when i was in metro and it stops suddenly in between tracks for a minute without openin its doors i feel shortness of door. pls help me how to overcome this problem because i wd be goin to canada for higher studies but due to shortness of breath i might not be able to sit in airplane cause wen i see doors closed i started feelin shortness of breath pls helpp meeeee. thank you

Do not let your anxiety ruin your life. It is not dangerous to feel shortness of breath for a while. Yo are not going to die and it will not harm you. Just wait until you feel better.
