Last visit to the dentist I sat for about 15 minutes with my heart pounding then I got up and stood by the door for another 15 minutes with my heart pounding then I gave him a check and left saying I would call for another appointment. That was Monday and it's now time for my next appointment. I haven't been able to sleep or think clearly or anything because my heart is pounding. In the past I ended up in the emergency room when my blood pressure went up too high while seated in the dentist's chair. I normally do not have a blood pressure problem but what is called "white coat high blood pressure". What can I do? My teeth need attention
