I am a 41 year old virgin who has no friends and no job. I have been out of work for 5 years and am scared to find a job as I usually can never make friends. I am overweight and very reclusive. I get up every day and play computer games and watch movies and goto bed. I have no motivation and don't know how to change my life around. Any help would be appreciated as I can't go on like this. Thanks
