I am a runner and a swimmer. I run everyday for about 30 to 40 minutes, after I go for an early morning swim for an hour and 15 minutes. Later on in the day I swim again for about an hour. My question is am I exercising to much? I also consume fruits during the day and only eat a meal at dinner time. My questions are should I be eating more carbohydrates? Or should I be eating more proteins? I would appreciate an answer to the question in regards to swimming and whether I am doing to much on a daily basis?
