I started this fear about 3 years ago. I notice that once entering a small boxed elevator I would feel that I'd be running out of breath and feeling drowsy and very scared to the point my hands would feel sweaty. Then, I took my daughter to an amusement park (Disney) & notice that once I had made line to get on a ride and ready to get on it I would have such fear I wouldn't get on it. Also, last year I went to san francisco on plane and freaked out on the way back only, when I noticed that the doors were shuting down I busted out on a nervous break down. The stewardest had to assist me with a cup of ice, a bag to breath in, and alot of distraction. This really worries me. I never felt this before, never... I was able to take trips to other states, ride on the amuzement park rides, and elevators were never fearfull to me. I am seeking for help! I feel trapped. Please reply.
