Can you please guide me about my family life that I am 41 year of age i have been married to a 37 years old lady in april 2005. I am still without any baby. In my semens test the motile sperm percentage is 45%. Is this count enough for having a baby.
More over my wife having a problem of high bp. she takes medicines for this. She is also overweight about 83Kgs.
Please guide me in this regards
