sad
I am a 20 year old, and am wondering if I have chronic Tiredness. I am not overweight, or underweight. I'm 5'8 and 130lbs. I am not very athletic, but occationally exercise.
I am always tired. I'll sleep from 9pm to 5:30am, and within 2 hours of being at work (by 9am) I'm so tired and all I can seem to think about is sleep! I want to go back home, and sleep for a month straight.
I'm not sure if it's my busy schedule, or a health problem.
I wake up at 5:30am, commute 30 minutes to work, work 7:30-4, commute 30 minutes to college, class 6-9, commute 1 hour home. Sleep by 10:30. I have about a 70 hour week between school & work.
I don't have time to eat healthy meals...I eat mostly Burger King.
I thought maybe it was the busy schedule, but why am I tired in the first 2 hours of my 16 hour day?!
Am I exhausted?
What can I do to help this go away?! When I exercise, I feel even MORE tired, and I save the little energy I have for work & school. Are there certain foods I can eat? I've been taking vitamins recently but it hasnt' seemed to help.
Oh, and I'm always sick! I currently have a cold right now, and I just had a cold last month! I feel like my immune system is low and I struggle to stay motivated.
HELP!

Tiredness can have somatic or psychic causes. Read more about tiredness.
