question
I am a 18 year old student, and im always tired, i go to bed on time and sleep past my alarm in the morning in class and at school im forcing myself to stay awake, as soon as i get home i hit the couch and cant do anything im dead tired. I used to go to the gym but id get so tired at the gym and not work out tired i just was too tired to anything. I asked my doctor and he said that i was fine, my old boss recommended i took iron pills and i tried that but its still the same. Im not lazy, i do try to keep myself active its just the waking up and keeping myself up i cant do. what do you suggest?

Caffein abstinence can make you very tired.
