question
I am suffering from a strange fear of getting caught for doing something wrong. Every work makes me feel that i will make a mistake or get caught. This makes me very cautious and extremely circumspect. Even while sitting in office and doing work gives me a feeling that my boss will catch me and tell me something for some reason. I consider my boss to be a person to be stayed away from. Infact, i kind of hate authorities to some extent. I am 25 yrs old male. Please tell me how to do i overcome this sort of fear.

This is called retroflection. You are angry at your boss but do not dare to express it and then makes the anger go back on yourself instead. Express your anger at your boss by kicking a ball or hit your fists on a mattress or something like that, and you will feel better. Find a job with a nicer boss as soon as possible.
